Grant is the lead partner in Strategy, Innovation and Program Management Practice at Ernst & Young.
The focus of his job is advising clients on business strategy, strategic change programs, project
portfolio management, program management, business process improvement and corporate performance
management. Grant is currently leading a program for Gauteng Online, which is an initiative by the
Gauteng Provincial Government together with the Gauteng Department of Education, to bring email,
internet and computer laboratories to the schools in Gauteng. He also has extensive experience in the
financial and retailing sector and has further gained international experience with Ernst & Young in
the US, UK, Sri Lanka and Europe. Grant is a regular columnist on strategy in “Intelligence”.
